Полиуретановые покрытия, модифицированные шунгитом

Abstract

Изучена возможность использования шунгита в виде наполнителя полиуретановых покрытий (ПУ ПК). Исследовано влияние структуры наполненных ПУ ПК на стойкость к химпродуктам и гидролизу, на физико-механические свойства, а также возможность их использования в условиях повышенных температур. Показано, что физико-механические параметры и термостойкость не ухудшается вплоть до 50% масс введения наполнителя.Possibility of the use schungite as fillers polyurethane coatings (PU PC) has been studied. Influence of the structure pervaded (PU PC) on stability to petrochemical fluids and hydrolysis, on physico-mechanical characteristic has been explored, as well as possibility of their use in condition of the raised temperature. Physico-mechanical parameters and heat resistance does not grow worse the filler up to 50% masses of the entering has been shown.
