Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические вопросы, возникающие в деятельности органов предварительного расследования по уголовным делам, приостановленным в связи с неустановлением лица, подлежащего привлечению в качестве обвиняемого.

His article deals with the theoretical and practical questions arising in activity of bodies of preliminary investigation on criminal cases, suspended in connection with unidentifying the person subjected to bringing as the charged.
