К вопросу о месте первой мировой войны в периодизации истории государственного управления

Abstract

На фоне анализа основных подходов к периодизации исторического процесса автор характеризует сущность эпохи Нового времени и его периодизацию, особо останавливаясь на периоде первой мировой войны, который рассматривается как переходный этап истории Нового времени. Прослеживается связь его особенностей с эволюцией государственного управления в ХХ веке, на основании чего автор настаивает на необходимости выделения 1914-1918 годов в самостоятельный раздел истории государственного управления.
