Abstract

Проведен сравнительный анализ практики субъектов Российской Федерации по вопросам оценки эффективности и результативности деятельности руководителей органов исполнительной власти. Выявлены и обозначены проблемные зоны. Даны рекомендации по совершенствованию существующей системы оценки.
