Общекультурный компонент содержания высшего профессионального образования (компетентностный подход)

Abstract

The article deals with methodological basing of the notional content of personality´s general cultural competence in the author`s interpretation. The author reveals the notional content according to the following: personal knowledge, productive types of activity, potential possibilities, orientations in valuables and implications, operational-actional component. Methodological orientations of notional content building of a person`s general cultural competence are determined in connection with the theory of knowledge by Polani, the principles of systematic point of view, humanitarian paradigm, the idea of education, directed to personality.

В статье предпринята попытка методологического обоснования авторского варианта содержания понятия «общекультурная компетентность личности». Раскрыты структура и состав данного понятия: личностное знание, продуктивные типы активности, потенциальные возможности, ценностно-смысловые ориентации, операционально-действенная составляющая. Определены методологические ориентиры в построении содержания этого понятия: теория познания М. Полани, принципы системного подхода, гуманитарная парадигма, концепция личностно-ориентированного образования.
