
Рассмотрены вопросы применение дифракционных оптических элементов для прецизионного контроля формы нетипичных оптических поверхностей. Приведены результаты разработки методов расчета и изготовления ДОЭ, а также контроля неосесимметричных поверхностей.
Application of diffraction optical elements for precision testing of the freeform optical surfaces are considered. Results of development of the methods of design, manufacture of DOE, and also testing of non-axis-symmetrical surfaces are presented.
