Транснациональные корпорации в системе глобальных экономических отношений: социально-философский дискурс

Abstract

В статье рассматривается многоступечатый процесс формирования транснациональных корпораций (ТНК) в исторической ретроспективе. Определяется, что ТНК формирует новую глобальную экономическую систему, в которой лидерство определяется наличием крупных финансовых ресурсов, передовых технологий, обширных рынков сбыта и активной, в глобальном масштабе, инвестиционной политикой.

The paper discusses the multi-stage process of formation of multinational corporations in a historical retrospective. The multinational corporations have been shown to form a new global economic system in which leadership is defined by existence of large financial resources, advanced technologies, large sale markets and active, on a global scale, investment policy.
