Abstract

The synthesis of sulfenimine based on isobornanthiol and salicylaldehyde with yield 71% has been carried out followed by its oxidation to isobornylsulfinimine as a diastereomeric mixture and reduction of obtained sulfinimines to Nsubstituted isobornylsulfinamides with high yields. Nsubstituted sulfinamide with ( R )-configuration of the sulfur atom is proposed to be used to prepare 1,3-benzoxazine heterocycles with an isobornyl fragment.

Осуществлен синтез сульфенимина на основе изоборнантиола и салицилового альдегида с выходом 71%, проведено его окисление до изоборнилсульфинимина в виде диастереомерной смеси и восстановление полученных сульфиниминов до N -замещенных изоборнилсульфинамидов с высокими выходами. NЗамещенный сульфинамид с ( R )-конфигурацией атома серы предложено использовать для получения гетероцикла 1,3-бензоксазинового типа с изоборнильным фрагментом.
