Abstract

Альфа-бета-адреноблокаторы являются одним из классов препаратов, используемых для лечения артериальной гипертензии. Известно, что на фармакокинетику этого класса препаратов может влиять полиморфизм генов, кодирующих ферменты биотрансформации. Одним из таких генов является изофермент цитохрома Р4502D6 (CYP2D6) [1-3]. Alpha-Beta-blockers are a class of drugs that used to treat hypertension. It is known that polymorphism of genes encoding enzymes of biotransformation, may affect to pharmacokinetics of this class of drugs. One of these genes is cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) [1-3]. Evaluate the influence of cytochrome P450 isoenzyme 2D6 (CYP2D6) polymorphism on the pharmacokinetics of the first Russian alpha-beta-blocker, with long acting Albetor-Long was a research objective.
