Abstract

В статье анализируются особенности конструирования норм уголовных кодексов стран участников Содружества Независимых Государств, предусматривающих ответственность за терроризм (террористический акт), ставится вопрос об их дальнейшей унификации в целях эффективности борьбы с терроризмом.

The article reviews the features of construction of norms of criminal codes of the CIS countries, that provide liability for terrorism (act of terrorism); question of their futher unification in order to effectively fight against terrorism is raised.
