Abstract

Работа выполнена при поддержке Российского фонда фундаментальных исследований (гранты 08-05-00820а и 06-02-16722). В работе рассмотрен метод полученияпорошкообразных сплавов AlFe и FeGe2 методом металлотермического восстановления. Полученные образцы охарактеризованы результатами рентгенофазового анализа и ЯГР-спектрами. Библиогр. 4 назв. Ил. 3. Табл. 2.

The obtaining of alloys AlFe and FeGe2 by metallothermic reduction of ferric chloride (II) is discussed. Samples were investigated with X-ray diffraction and NGR spectroscopy methods.
