Abstract

Examines the factors that determine the effectiveness of management. based on an analysis of the evolution of scientific views on the effective management of the organizations is based on the continuity of the concepts of management, consistently changing. Are modern examples of implementation of the idea of a self-governing labor collective put forward by p. Druker at the beginning of the 50-IES of the 20th century, it was not adopted in the BPtime shift of society. Discusses the experience of this company by Morning Star Company as a unique example of effective management of the enterprise without the traditional management systems, i.e. without bosses. article lists advantages and disadvantages of such a system in the highest degree of self-government and the conclusion that the model of management of Morning Star Company applies to companies of any size and can settle in any hierarchical system, although the conversion will take time, energy and dedication of staff and senior management.

Исследуются факторы, определяющие эффективность менеджмента. На основе анализа эволюции научных взглядов на эффективное управление организациями обосновывается преемственность концепций менеджмента, последовательно сменяющих друг друга. Приводятся современные примеры реализации идеи самоуправляющегося трудового коллектива, выдвинутой П. Друкером в начале 50-х годов 20 века, совершенно не принятой в то время обществом. Рассматривается опыт функционирования подобной компании на примере Morning Star Company как уникальный образец практики эффективного управления предприятием без самой традиционной системы менеджмента, т.е. без начальников. В статье перечисляются преимущества и недостатки подобной системы высшей степени самоуправления и обосновывается вывод, что модель управления Morning Star Company применима к компаниям любого масштаба и может прижиться в любой иерархической системе, хотя преобразования потребуют времени, энергии и увлеченности персонала и высших руководителей.
