Эффективность профилактики дефицита микронутриентов у беременных и новорожденных

Abstract

В статье представлены данные о высокой частоте полигиповитаминозов (72,6%), пониженного уровня микроэлементов в крови (в 19,4-45,2% случаев), недостаточного пищевого потребления йода и кальция (в 95,2% случаев) у беременных женщин Саратовской области. Установлено, что дефицит микронутриентов у матери в 1,55-5,48 раз повышает относительный риск патологического течения беременности, родов, нарушений адаптации и заболеваемости новорожденных. Показано, что профилактический прием беременной женщиной витаминно-минеральных препаратов приводит к снижению абсолютного риска осложнений беременности и родов, нарушений состояния плода и здоровья новорожденного на 13-54%

The article presents data about high frequency of polyhypovitaminosis (72,6%), reduced level of microelements in blood (in 19,4-45,2% of cases), insufficient consumption of iodine and calcium (in 95,2% of cases) in pregnant women of Saratov Region. It was determined, that micronutrients deficiency in mothers in 1,55-5,48 times exceeds relative risk of pathologic pregnancy course, delivery, disorders of adaptation and morbidity of newborns. It was revealed, that prophylactic intake of vitaminous mineral medications results in absolute risk reduction of pregnancy and delivery, disorders of fetus state and newborns health in 13-54%
