Abstract

This article analyzes the role of the imperial conference in the mechanism of political and legal communication within the British Commonwealth of Nations. The transformation of the legal status of the Dominions can be traced through the imperial conferences decisions.

Статья посвящена анализу роли имперских конференций в механизме политико-правовых коммуникаций внутри Британского Содружества Наций. Через решения конференций прослеживается трансформация правового статуса доминионов.
