Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме законодательного регулирования языков национальных меньшинств (народов) Российской Федерации. Подробно проанализированы источники, регулирующие правовой статус языков национальных меньшинств (народов). Особое внимание обращается к национально-культурным автономиям и их роли в развитии и поддержке языковых прав. В статье освещаются некоторые источники, направленные на развитие, сохранение и функционирование языков коренных малочисленных народов Российской Федерации. Выявлена и обоснована необходимость внесения изменений в российское законодательство в сфере национально-языковых отношений.

The article deals with the problem of legal regulation of minority languages ​​in the Russian Federation. There are analyzed in detail the sources of regulation of legal status of minority languages​​. Particular attention is paid to the national-cultural autonomies and their role in development and support of linguistic rights. The article highlights some of the sources to develop, maintain and functioning of languages ​​of indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation. Identified and justified are the need for changes in Russian legislation in the field of national and linguistic relations.
