Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of the definition of other legal process requiring considerable amount of time as well as types of evidence obtained in the course of their implementation. The author examines the group process in relation to their "other proceedings that require time-consuming," used in the science of criminal law. The argument of the independence of the position of "other legal process, requiring a considerable amount of time" in the science of administrative law, attempts to define this legal category.
