Оплата труда адвоката-партнера в адвокатском бюро

Abstract

В новой форме организации деятельности белорусской адвокатуры – адвокатском бюро, – применительно оплаты труда его членов – адвокатов-партнеров существуют некоторые не освещенные законодательством новшества. Остается ряд неразрешенных практикой вопросов определения и назначения гонорара. Настоящая статья посвящена рассмотрению проблем, связанных с оплатой труда адвоката-члена адвокатского бюро.

A law office is a new form of organizational activity of the Belarusian Bar that has some innovations in remuneration of lawyers-partners that are not covered by the legislation. A number of issues on determining and fixing of remuneration remain unresolved. This article deals with the problems related to the remuneration of a lawyer – a member of a law office.
