Abstract

В статье рассматриваются предложения авторов концепции о совершенствовании и изменении норм гражданского законодательства о залоге, поручительстве, банковской гарантии, неустойке.

In clause are considered offers made by of authors of the concept on perfection and change norms of the civil legislation about pledge, the guarantee, bank guarantee and penalty.
