The paper addresses the issues of the import substitution policy and shows the stimulating effect of sanctions in the aspects of the reindustrialization, development and modernization of the economy; accelerated achievement of goals including the development of new technologies and competitive products; the formation of an additional safety margin in the industry, agriculture, financial sector; modern staff training; raising the human potential to provide citizens with opportunities of self-actualization in the economy or the social sphere.Particular recommendations on competitive product manufacturing, replacement of imported components, use offinancial tools are given.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы реализации политики импортозамещения, показывается стимулирующее влияние санкций на реиндустриализацию, развитие и модернизацию экономики, более эффективное ускоренное достижение поставленных целей: создание новых технологий и конкурентной продукции, формирование дополнительного запаса прочности в промышленности, АПК, финансовой сфере, подготовке современных кадров, а также повышение уровня человеческого потенциала, предоставление гражданам возможностей раскрыть себя в экономике, социальной сфере. Приводятся рекомендации по выпуску конкурентной продукции, замещению импортных комплектующих изделий, использованию финансовых инструментов.
