Abstract

Проведено экспериментальное исследование спектра ДНК в терагерцевом (ТГц) частотном диапазоне при помощи спектрометра с высоким разрешением на основе синтезатора частоты и высокодобротного резонатора. В результате измерений определены интенсивные полосы поглощения ДНК, которые сопоставлены с данными, известными из литературы.

The article reports on an experimental study of the DNA terahertz spectrum by a high resolution spectrometer based on a frequency synthesizer and a high-Q cavity. Intensive absorption bands of DNA have been measured and compared with the data known from the literature.
