Analysis was carried out of the administrative and legal measures in the matters of radio frequency spectrum management aimed at the efficient spectrum use and consisting in the possibility to ensure a joint implementation of the existing telecommunication structure and frequency resource by various operators.

Проведен анализ административно-правовых мер в области управления радиочастотным спектром, нацеленных на эффективность его использования и, заключающихся в возможности реализации совместной эксплуатации различными операторами существующей инфраструктуры связи и частотного ресурса.
