Abstract

Рассмотрена целесообразность инвестиционной деятельности при производстве сыра. Выявлен базовый ассортимент сыра и критерии выбора продукта потребителями. Проанализирована деятельность предприятия и предложен инвестиционный проект.

Expediency of investment activity is considered at the production of cheese. The basic range of cheese and criteria of a choice of a product is revealed by consumers. Analyzed the company operations and proposed investment project.
