The article explores the essence of eco-legal mechanism, definition of this concept. There are called general conditions of the effectiveness, the elements and features of eco-legal mechanism. Eco-legal mechanism is investigated in the context of the objectives of the environmental law and its subject.
В статье исследуется сущность эколого-правового механизма, дается определение этого понятия. Называются общие условия эффективности механизма. Эколого-правовой механизм исследован в контексте с целями экологического права, его предметом. Определяются элементы и особенности эколого-правового механизма.
