Abstract

В статье даётся сравнительный анализ физиологических изменений одного из важнейших показателей центральной гемодинамики растущего детского организма – среднего динамического давления у мальчиков г. Тюмень, имеющих нарушения аномалии челюстно-лицевой области в виде различных по степени выраженности нарушений прикуса и связанных с эти дефектов речи. Динамика возрастных значений среднего динамического давления изучена расчетным методом Хикэма. Показано, что среднее динамическое давление у мальчиков 8-12 лет соответствует возрастным физиологическим значениям и не зависит от нарушений прикуса.

The article gives a comparative analysis of the physiological changes of one of the major parameters of Central hemodynamics growing child's organism is a secondary dynamic pressure boys Tyumen with anomalies of the maxillo-facial region in the form of various degrees of severity of the bite and the violations associated with these speech defects. Dynamics of age values mean dynamic pressure calculation method of Hikèma has been studied. Shows that the mean dynamic pressure boys 8-12 years of age physiological values and does not depend on occlusion abnormality.
