Использования скрытого потенциала проектных организаций

Abstract

The methodological approaches, an economic model and system methods of identification of hidden potential of the development of design companies and the analysis of opportunities of application thereof including the assessment of efficiency economic makers are set forth in the article. Knowledge and skills of the experts of design companies accompanied with insufficient worlooad form the intellectual potential which, under certain conditions, becomes either the resource of the development of design companies or «uncontrollable responsibility area».

В статье излагаются методологические подходы, экономическая модель и системные методы идентификации скрытого потенциала развития проектных организаций и анализа возможностей его использования, включая оценку экономических показателей эффективности. Знания, умения и навыки специалистов проектных организаций при недостаточной производственной загрузке образуют интеллектуальный потенциал, который при определенных условиях становится ресурсом развития проектных организаций либо «неуправляемой зоной ответственности».
