Эффективность применения комбинации периндоприла и амлодипина у больных с хронической сердечной недостаточностью с сохранённой фракцией выброса

Abstract

Until now problem of treatment of patients with chronic heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (CHF-PEF) is not decided completely. Efficiency of application of combination of perindopril and amlodipin during 12 weeks was estimated in this group of patients. Changes of tolerance to physical activity, clinical state, quality of life, parameters of echocardiography was analysed before and after treatment.

В настоящее время проблема лечения пациентов с ХСН-СФВ до конца не решена. Авторы оценили эффективность 12-недельного применения комбинации периндоприла и амлодипина у этой категории пациентов. Было проанализировано изменение толерантности к физической на¬грузке, тяжести клинического состояния, КЖ, параметров Эхо-КГ до и после лечения.
