Интегрированная система автоматизации проектирования технологических процессов и оперативного управления производством

Abstract

В складывающейся международной обстановке важное значение приобретает новая индустриализация страны, означающая возрождение отечественной промышленности с использованием новейших методов и средств создания компьютерно-интегрированных производств российской разработки. Методы оптимизации проектирования технологических процессов и оперативного планирования и управления производством тесно связаны друг с другом и требуют интегрированного подхода. Такой подход позволяет значительно сокращать сроки выполнения заказов при минимизации затрат. Описан впервые разработанный интегрированный комплекс программных средств, состоящий из системы проектирования технологических процессов СПРУТ-ТП и оперативно-календарного планирования производства СПРУТ-ОКП. С помощью этой системы возможен реинжиниринг процессов планирования и управления с целью обеспечения прозрачности производства и получения существенного экономического эффекта.

In the current international situation, the revival of the domestic industry using the latest methods and tools of computer-integrated designs is very important. The methods of optimization of the process design and operational planning and management are closely related to each other and require an integrated approach. This approach can significantly reduce delivery times at minimum costs. An integrated software package consisting of the process design system SPRUT-TP and the operations management system SPRUT-OKP is developed and described for the first time. This system makes it possible to reengineer planning and management in order to ensure the transparent production and significant benefits.
