Abstract

Краснодарский край как полиэтнический регион может стать моделью по реализации политики межэтнического диалога, выступить полигоном проектирования и быть лидером в Российской Федерации по реализации национальных проектов. В статье характеризуется культурно-историческое своеобразие Краснодарского края через полиэтническое многообразие, которое образует единое социально-культурное пространство, описаны этапы разработки политики в данной области, направленные на сплачивание межэтнического общества путем более эффективного учета реальностей и возможностей, предоставляемых культурным плюрализмом.

The Krasnodar Region as a poly-ethnic region can be a model of inter-ethnic dialogue realization policy, a ground for project making and a leader in the Russian Federation on national project realization. In the article the cultural and historical peculiarity of the Krasnodar Region is characterized by poly-ethnic variety that forms single social-cultural area. Stages of policy development in this area are described, and they are directed to inter-ethnic society unification by more effective account of practicability and possibility that are presented by cultural pluralism.
