Abstract

В статье исследуются проблемы использования потенциала некоммерческого сектора экономики в интересах инновационного развития страны. Рассматриваются перспективы создания системы некоммерческих организаций в учреждениях высшего профессионального образования. По мнению авторов, необходимо разработать концепцию формирования и совершенствования некоммерческого сектора экономики России с использованием потенциала системы высшего образования, а полученные результаты применить для выработки практических рекомендаций.
