The aim of the study was to investigate the influence of the method of chrono-magnetic therapy (on the «Multimag» complex) on the parameters of quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The quality of life of patients with RA were studied using a of Short Form 36-item Health Status Questionnaire SF-36. In patients with very early and early-stage disease was showed a significant increase in indicators of physical health component. In the group of patients with late-stage noted a significant increase of the values of the scales, reflecting the mental health component. Dynamics of indicators of all scales of the questionnaire is most pronounced in patients with extensive stage of RA, indicating that the improvement in both physical and mental sphere of life in these patients. The inclusion of chrono-magnetic therapy in complex conventional methods of sanatorium-resort treatment of patients with RA justified as in the earlier stages of the disease, and later, when it achieved different results depending on the stage of RA.

Целью исследования являлось изучение влияния метода хрономагнитотерапии (на комплексе «Мультимаг») на параметры качества жизни (КЖ) у больных ревматоидным артритом (РА). КЖ больных РА изучали с помощью общего опросника Short Form 36-item Health Status Questionnaire (SF-36). У больных с очень ранней и ранней стадиями заболевания было отмечено достоверное повышение показателей, характеризующих физический компонент здоровья. В группе больныхс поздней стадией отмечалось достоверное повышение значений шкал, отражающих психический компонент здоровья. Динамика показателей всех шкал опросника наиболее выражена у пациентов с развернутой стадией РА,свидетельствуя об улучшении как в физической, так и в психической сфере жизнедеятельности данных пациентов. Включение хрономагнитотерапии в комплекс общепринятых методов санаторно-курортного лечения больных РА оправдано как на более ранних стадиях нозологии, так и на поздних, при этом достигаемые результаты различны в зависимости от стадии РА.
