Исследуются коррупционные проявления в сфере труда, раскрывается их сущность, рассматриваются правовой статус руководителя организации и возможное коррупционное поведение недобросовестного руководителя, обосновывается необходимость противодействия различным видам коррупции в сфере труда. Subjects of scientific investigation in this article are the manifestations of corruption at area of work, their essence is revealed. According to the author's intention in it consistently reveals the legal position of the head of the organization, as a representative of employer and official person.
