Проблемы организационного проектирования структур управления виртуальным предприятием

Abstract

In article questions of organizational design of structures of the virtual enterprises as new organizational and production forms are considered. The analysis of specifics and the principles of formation of the virtual enterprises in the conditions of modern information economy is carried out, thus the virtual enterprise is considered as the uniform business system consisting of the independent partner agents who are carrying out virtual interaction within implementation of this or that project. For the purpose of efficiency increase functioning virtual the enterprises are offered various approaches to design of their functional and organizational structure, the centralized, distributed and decentralized types of management of the virtual enterprises are allocated.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы организационного проектирования структур виртуальных предприятий как новых организационно-производственных форм. Проводится анализ специфики и принципов формирования виртуальных предприятий в условиях современной информационной экономики, при этом виртуальное предприятие рассматривается как единая бизнес-система, состоящая из независимых агентов-партнеров, осуществляющих виртуальное взаимодействие в рамках выполнения того или иного проекта. С целью повышения эффективности функционировании виртуальных предприятия предлагаются различные подходы к проектированию их функционально-организационной структуры, выделяются централизованные, распределенные и децентрализованные типы управления виртуальными предприятиями.
