Роль саморегулиремых организаций в социально-экономическом развитии территории

Abstract

The article considers the most widespread forms of the self-regulatory organizations and their value in social and economic development of territories. The authors analyze SRO basis, underline the legal aspects of self-regulatory organizations formation and development, show the whole chains of problems which came to light after being unresolved for many years in Russia. With the purpose of struggle against these problems the authors suggest a number of actions.

Рассматриваются наиболее распространенные формы саморегулируемых организаций и их значение в социально-экономическом развитии территории, подвергнута анализу институциональная основа саморегулируемых организаций, указывается правовая основа формирования и развития саморегулируемых организаций. Выявляются целые цепочки проблем, которые долгие годы оставались нерешёнными в России. С целью борьбы с этими проблемами рекомендуется ряд мероприятий.
