Abstract

В статье на основе неопубликованных архивных источников рассматривается обсуждение вопросов реформирования местного управления в высших правительственных кругах Российской империи в начале 30-х гг. XIXв. Автор проанализировала предложения министра внутренних дел А.А. Закревского, представленные на рассмотрение императора Николая I в 1831г., и реакцию на них правительства.
