Abstract

The article is devoted to the debate over the creation of juvenile justice in Russia. Particular attention is paid to comparison of current legislation relating to minors, the project of Law «On the system of juvenile justice in the Russian Federation».

Статья посвящена спорам, связанным с созданием ювенальной юстиции в России. Особое внимание уделяется сравнению действующего законодательства, касающегося несовершеннолетних, с проектом Закона «О системе ювенальной юстиции в Российской Федерации».
