Abstract

В статье предлагаются подходы к управлению вузом на основе создания стратегического центра, формирующего стратегию в непрерывном режиме. Рассмотрен механизм построения и оцифровки дерева целей, оценки проектов реализации задач. Показана модель управления по целевым показателям. Представлены возможности логистики в управлении внутривузовскими потоками

The paper proposes an approach to the management of the university on the basis of a strategic center, forming a strategy continuously. The mechanism of building and tree sampling purposes, evaluation of projects implementation problems. Shows a model of management targets. Possibilities of logistics management intrahigh flows.
