Abstract

Исследуются программы развития ведущих университетов России, их лицензии и планы приема на бюджетные места каждого уровня высшего образования. На этой основе выявляются недостатки внедрения многоуровневой системы квалификаций и предлагаются мероприятия по их преодолению
