Основные проблемы формирования градостроительной политики Российской Федерации

Abstract

The article looks at the necessity to elaborate an Urban Planning Doctrine of Russia as a strategic prognostic spatial planning document that would expand the list of previously adopted strategic state documents. The authors prove the appropriateness of creating and integrating into the urban Planning Doctrine a hierarchical system of territorial planning documents with the Conception of Spatial Organization of the Territory of the Russian Federation at its basis.
