Abstract

The article covers issues of qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the labor potential employees through the availability of professional and intellectual competences, on the basis of calculated coefficients of competence and employment potential, as well as the effectiveness of company investments in intellectual capital of the organization. The integration is carried out and shows the interdependence of these indicators.

В статье освещаются вопросы качественной и количественной оценки трудового потенциала работников сквозь призму наличия у него профессиональных и интеллектуальных компетенций, на их основе рассчитываются коэффициенты компетенции и трудового потенциала, а также эффективности вложений предприятия в интеллектуальный капитал организации. Проводится взаимоувязка и показывается взаимозависимость этих показателей.
