Abstract

Represented article examines questions of development of the territories of Saint-Petersburg. Furthermore the economical-lawful aspects of territorial planning are analyzed, its tasks are revealed. The need of regulating the urban building by means of the zoning is substantiated.

В представленной статье рассмотрены вопросы девелопмента территорий Санкт-Петербурга. Кроме того проанализированы экономико-правовые аспекты территориального планирования, выявлены его задачи. Обоснована необходимость регулирования городской застройки посредством зонирования.
