Причины девиантного поведения работников в автотранспортных организациях

Abstract

Анализируются основные проявления девиантного поведения работников автотранспортных предприятий, вызванные небрежностью, абсентеизмом и воровством, выявляются группы сотрудников, наиболее подверженные им. На основе проведенного социологического исследования подробно рассматриваются наиболее распространенные формы девиантного поведения (ДТП, нахождение на рабочем месте в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, прогулы, воровство).
