Abstract

The development of human genetics postulates the fact that despite of diseases which caused by bacterial, viral and other infections, also many gene-dependent disorders exist. Modern level of development of genetics and widespread application of new highly technological methods of molecular diagnostics enlarge the understanding of the term «pregnancy miscarriage». Pregnancy miscarriage could be caused not only by chromosomal anomalies and gene mutations, but also by genetic predisposition.
