Проблемы формообразования профилей зацепления крупномодульных зубчатых колес тяжело нагруженных технологических машин

Abstract

Рассмотрены технологические особенности изготовления различных конструкций крупномодульных тяжело нагруженных зубчато-реечных передач. Показано, что при проектировании необходимо учитывать фактор технологичности разрабатываемой конструкции зубчато-реечной передачи посредством учёта длины сварных швов и коэффициента использования металла.

Technological features of production of various designs the big module of hard loaded rack and pinion systems are considered. It is shown that at design it is necessary to consider a factor of manufacturability of the developed design of rack and pinion systems by means of the accounting of length of welded seams and efficiency of metal.
