Сравнительный анализ прочности однорядного и двурядного кишечных швов

Abstract

Проблема выбора оптимального способа создания анастомоза далека от разрешения и не утратила актуальности на сегодня.В статье описаны биомеханические свойства однорядного и двухрядного швов, используемых для наложения тонкокишечного анастомозов в хирургической практике. Цель исследования – провести литературный обзор и определить механические характеристики кишечных швов. Результаты. Установлено, что однорядный кишечный шов превосходит двурядный по механическим характеристикам. Заключение. Необходимо изучитьбиомеханические характеристики стенки тонкой кишки и тонкокишечного анастомоза в ходе натурного эксперимента.
