Abstract

The article describes in detail the views of scientists regarding the individualization of the training process, the training features at the precompetitive stage, accept the means and methods during the training process to kick-boxers of different tactical styles (fast boxer, play boxer, puncher). The The author studies the classification of kick-boxing styles done by M. Yu. Stepanov. The authors have developed new approaches to the organization of the training process at the precompetitive stage aimed at improving individual physical capabilities and individual technical skill kick-boxers belonging to different tactical styles of combat. The proposed plan for the individualization of training kick-boxers at the precompetitive stage can be used in other types of martial arts: Boxing, Thai Boxing, TKD, etc.
