In this article the problems, connected with law status of the stundizm at the end of the XlX-th the beginning of the XX-th centuries in Russian Empire, are examined. In particular, corresponding statute of the Committee of ministers 4 July 1894 is analyzed. Also the possibility of the consideration of the stundizm as destructive religious organization is investigated.
В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с правовым положением штундизма, который в конце XIX начале XX вв. в Российской империи. В частности, анализируется соответствующее положение Комитета министров 4 июля 1894 г. Также исследуется возможность рассмотрения штундизма в качестве деструктивного религиозного объединения.
