В статті розкрито сутність раціоналізаторської діяльності та методів і способів її організації, проаналізовано показники раціоналізаторської діяльності Південної залізниці за 2000 – 2011 рр., розроблені рекомендації щодо її активізації з урахуванням досвіду ВАТ «РЖД»In the article a content of the rationalization activity, the methods of its organization are described, the rationalization activity”s indices of the Southern Railway in 2000 – 2011 years are analyzed, the recommendations for its activization with experience of joint-stock company «Russian Railways» are developed.
