Риски грядущей модернизации страны: нужны социологи-рискологи

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются потенциальные риски, связанные с грядущей модернизацией страны, программа которой была выдвинута Президентом России Д.А. Медведевым. Автор утверждает, что современные вызовы рисков обусловлены прежде всего амбивалентностью самого процесса инноваций в науке и технологиях: их результаты несут в себе не только ожидаемые блага для людей, но и ненамеренные последствия в виде новых опасностей. Анализируется проблема инновационных подходов к безопасности страны в контексте новых перспектив управления рисками. Обосновывается положение, согласно которому преодолеть вызовы рисков можно, развивая творческое и гуманистическое мышление, осуществляя подготовку профессиональных специалистов социологов-рискологов и риск-менеджеров.
