Abstract

На взгляд автора настоящей статьи одним из перспективных направлений противодействия системным проявления коррупции может стать формирование территориальных кластеров с существенно пониженными (по сравнению с общероссийскими и региональными) уровнями коррумпированности органов государственной и муниципальной власти и управления.
