Abstract

The paper deals with the problems and risks in the DSS (decision support system) developing based on KPI. The analysis is given on the basis of the experience in the field of development and implementation of such systems. Special attention is paid to the problems and risks associated with KPI modeling. The author suggests the ways to solve the problems.
